Are these really brand new?

Yes. Every cell and module is new and has never been in a vehicle. We do not sell rebuilt, refurbished or used batteries.

How do I know which module failed?

A scan tool that reads block voltages (or a multimeter on each module) will show the weak one. Send us your readings and we will help.

Should I replace one module or the whole pack?

If the rest of the pack is healthy and well matched, one module is the cheapest fix. If several modules are weak or the car has high miles, a full new pack lasts longer.

Do I need to send my old battery back?

No. There is no core charge. Please recycle your old modules responsibly.

What does the warranty cover?

3 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, against block voltage error codes. Installation, labour and shipping are not covered.

Description

One brand-new cylindrical NiMH module (14.4 V), the same module used in our full battery kits. Use it to replace a single failed module in a pack that is otherwise healthy.

Please tell us in your order notes

  • Your vehicle and year
  • The voltage and internal resistance of your other modules, if you have them
  • Which way the terminals face (positive or negative on the higher side)

We match the module to your pack as closely as we can before it ships.

Shipping

Modules ship express in about 5 days. The carrier collects import duties and fees (usually about $100 to $200) when they arrive.

  • 1 to 6 modules: $150
  • 7 to 12 modules: $250
  • 13 to 18 modules: $350

Up to 18 modules per order. Orders over $1,750 can also choose free shipping with duties included (about 30 days on average). We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
